当买卖双方失去平衡时，价格就会波动：买方多，价格被推高；卖方多，价格被压低。通常有四类因素会打破平衡：
- 央行与利率：美国利率走高往往推升美元；以美元计价的黄金常常反向运动。
- 经济数据：市场反应的是数据相对预期的“意外”，而不只是数字本身。
- 地缘政治：危机会让资金流向黄金、美元、瑞士法郎等避险资产。
- 市场情绪：恐惧与贪婪会放大波动。
